Good store like Superdrug.

Nicely designed branch with friendly staff, which was urgently needed in Wersten. The express pick-up is a great idea, but not yet 100% implemented. The order / processing / information works very well, but the collection is not yet clearly regulated. If I queue up at the checkout, the next customer's products are scanned (if I don't call fast enough) and I get the information that I shouldn't have queued, but should have waited in front of the entrance area. However, there is no express pick-up area so that no employee would notice me there. So I would have to speak to the cashier without queuing, i.e. pushing forward and making the other customers wait. That has not yet been thought through!

Today at 5:15 p.m. I encountered the most unfriendly staff I have ever seen. I will never set foot in this branch again.

A very nice, bright and inviting branch. Very competent staff and a fabulous assistant. Exactly something was missing in Wersten! There you go shopping!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Consulting is competent. I like to shop there.
