The place is a disgrace basically. It takes 2 months before you can get an appointment for something that really takes 10 minutes to take care of. Typical Greek public servants are these. They have neither the clue nor the inclination to improve something. It all comes down to the fact that this is a monopoly. The people can complain all they want, they still have no choice but to go to this so called consulate. It's embarrassing.
