I wouldn't even give this consulate a star. Multiple bad experience. An absolute cheek. I've never seen anything like this before at this consulate. They didn't let me finish, they didn't help me and then just hung up. That is now 3 times at intervals of 3 months.
So if you want to keep your mood, you should definitely not call. Incredible!!!
