Great service, don't trust bad reviews! Very friendly and polite staff. We applied for a tourist visa - it took us 20 min. Visa processing time - 4 working days. To get our passports back - 5 min. Just fast and easy. We have never been within such a quick visa procedure and very happy and surprised about the experience at the Consulate of The Kingdom of Morocco!

Only reason I am taking time out to write here is because I had an excellent experience, in contrast to all the reviews I read here. I was positively scared of going to the Consulate because of what i read here. I came to apply for my tourist visa. Make sure you have all the documents from the checklist and everything will go through easily. They even attempted to speak in English when my German started to give up on me.

extremely unsatisfied. What an awful experience in 2019 where people are treated like this for a simple tourist visa. But think about it? Who needs a visa for tourism in Morocco? Only third world countries (including mine) - so nobody cares at the end...They do not even care to have tourists in their country. These people that work in this institution want only to be bribed and get some money if they can. Not only they do not reply to phone calls, emails and any type of contact but they also LIE. Liers. They received my application via post (and even send me a voice mail back to tell me that i should have added booking tickets confirmation and insurance to my application). Fine - did that & send additional info in less then a couple of days. After this a complete silence - no reply to emails no phone calls no nothing. When i presented myself into the consulate they claimed they had never received the application and asked me to do it all over again. And i applied 3 months before my trip. Which at the end I had to cancel. AWFUL EXPERIENCE: It made me not want to ever visit Morocco.
