I gave the order at 7 p.m. I was told the locksmith will be there in an hour and costs 95 euros because I called before 8 p.m. and the nightly rate is not yet applicable. At 7:30 p.m. to 40 p.m. I got a call that the key service had no capacity and I could try to place an order again in half an hour, but that would cost me 165 euros because this is in the night area. When I asked why the old order didn't stay there and instead of waiting for an hour and a half, I was told the order had been canceled by the company and it wasn't possible.
