Incorrect information on the website, no information by phone, 1 hour late. Don't think it's very legal here.
Absolute mess! I was insured on the phone for a waiting time of 20min to 40min! After more than 2 hours and repeated calls, my front door was opened within 10 minutes! For that I was allowed to pay over 280 €! After the order was signed and the work was completed, further flat rates were calculated that were not mentioned before!
My door handle is broken and after 2 hours of waiting in the freezing cold I'm extremely dissatisfied!
Absolute rip off!
