This company uses the ignorance of the customer, overpriced prices with rip-off potential at the same time very unfriendly. I absolutely cannot recommend it.
Indisputable! Klever replaced my decrepit PIN lock with a higher-quality PIN lock. However, the company was only able to install this by repeatedly calling back the support of the manufacturer. The lock was completely oversized for my family home (web and app-based with its own router, could have secured several doors, but I could only leave my house with the help of a "transponder"). Various calls and emails with Klever came to nothing. I waited in vain for promised callbacks. My request to install a simpler PIN lock was obviously resented. The dismantling was charged to me with more than 300.00 €. In the end, I paid over € 1,000 for the lock, which is available in the hardware store for around € 300.
