Thank you for the good and friendly service. I needed 2 screws for my door that were not available in the hardware store due to the length of the door. Mr De Angelis did just that without hesitation. After a few seconds I had two fully-fledged new screws. He also told me a trick how to get the broken screw out. Top. It worked great. Also with my 2 left hands.
