This pizza was soooo good! I got the pan cheese crust and it made me feel like home. Flavors were so good, crust was perfect and not too heavy, but not thin like a cracker. Seems they have a “traditional“ or what I call thin crust also, but this is I think the best pizza I’ve had in Dusseldorf yet and will 100% order again, and again! Got delivery and it was here on time and pizza was still warm.
I called for a delivery, kindly asking the person if he spoke English. He replied something in German and just hung up. I called again an tried to order a pizza in German. He started talking in German in a harsh way so I hung up. I had to ask a German colleague to make the order. Very unprofessional
At first I was very dissatisfied because the driver was so unfriendly and rude. However, the boss just called me and apologized. And offered me something for free and explained the situation to me. This is how you deal with customers very competently. Big praise will order again.
Today I ordered the pizza "Mista" for € 9.95 there for the first time! Hardly anything on it, as thin as a sheet of paper and doesn't taste particularly good! Never again!
Very good service also tastes delicious and the prices are good. The Angus cheeseburger is highly recommended, the tiramisu dessert is handmade and a huge portion. Thanks again
