Good idea, terrible implementation. From my parking lot you could hardly see anything or anything from the film. Both visually and acoustically.

The Autokino Düsseldorf is managed by Google at Langerstraße. However, the drive-in cinema is located on the P1 car park in the north of Düsseldorf, right next to the former Rheinstadion. The entrance is well organized, early queuing is recommended to get a parking space in the front third. The view from behind could be restricted - the huge canvas itself can then only be guessed at in postage stamp format. It does not replace a normal cinema experience, but is perfectly fine for one or two times. Thanks to good infrastructure, the descent is very smooth. Toilets available, everything clean and okay.

The queuing and entry is well organized, but the view, especially in the last third, is a disaster, especially if you have a lower car (luckily we didn't have it) and then a higher car is in front of you. Especially since the place is not evenly level, but partly you are also lower. Nice try for Corona times, but nothing more. Isn't worth the money.

The idea is really nice, but the implementation is not exhilarating. You really have a good view in the first two rows, but the further back you go the worse it gets. Especially when your own car is a little lower and the car is a row ahead of you - a total disaster. What is also very annoying is that you really have to park very close to each other, you really hear the others so loud that it ruins your entire stay. The positive, great feeling that should reach you is unfortunately not received. I would not come here a second time, nope.
