If you, as an employee of a supermarket with a registered license plate, come across employees of safeplace who are not able to read a license plate correctly, I have lost all politeness on the phone. I hope all employees are proud to have to work there.

Absolute rip off! We were pulled at the parent-child parking lot because we would not have parked properly between the markings. However, they were not really recognized. Whoever works for this company can hopefully no longer sleep well at night. This is pure greed for profit.

As an Aldi customer, I will definitely avoid the branch after 19.90 E "parking fees" (you can't call it any other way). A great idea to scare away customers. Regardless of how friendly the employees are and the usual Aldi offer, all the stress is not worth it. First try the new branch, otherwise new discounter. I will definitely not finance Safe Place. Basically not even worth a star :(

I was allowed to telephone Mr. Fischer several times (May, July and today in August) every time the gentleman made a very annoyed impression on me. I found the gentleman to be very snotty and quite rude! I accidentally sent too much money. Unfortunately there was no response to my first email from May 10th Then I dialed 0211 20542222 and, as described above, I had Mr Fischer on the phone. I had sent the mail to [email protected] (contact address on my own homepage) he then told me that I should have sent the mail to [email protected]. I had explained to the gentleman that I, as a customer, could not know something like that and had taken the email address that was given on the homepage. Then the gentleman became very loud and unfriendly, whereupon I asked him why he is now so loud and unfriendly, then he only got louder and told me that he wasn't loud at all. The mail that a refund has been initiated was from July 10th, 7 weeks later (August 31, 2020) I had the refund on my account. Which, by the way, was the wrong amount. I don't understand why you let employees answer the phone or have employees as the first contact person in the company?
