For me the absolute best therapist. I had pretty nasty problems with my neck, including effects on the autonomic nervous system. Doctors and other therapists shrugged their shoulders helplessly, but Ms. Klein found the cause and thanks to her I feel much better after just a few treatments. She is absolutely interested in finding out the cause of ailments and eliminating them instead of just treating the symptoms. Incredible expertise and a very personable manner. Thank you very much!

I've been there twice now. Once to "crack through" and once to "knead". The appointment was quick and easy. I received a reminder by email the day before. I got there on time at the agreed time. Both therapists first asked and analyzed exactly what was going on and then started. I felt very comfortable with both treatments and was also more relaxed afterwards. Both were very nice. Unfortunately you cannot pay with a card. You can get the invoice by email. Would love to come back!

"We are happy to help..........." I did not notice that at all. Frau Klein only spoke to the receptionist while I sat 2 meters away. I understand that there is time pressure, but 1 minute should probably be in it. I just wanted to know what you can do after an operation in case of respiratory distress, but to walk by without a patient is really not a good advertisement. The receptionist was very nice and tried to help me, I do not blame her at all. I found a practice that was happy to provide information and there I also got appointments.

Hello, I was saying for several months in treatment and will have that up to treat everything worked 1A of the appointment. My symptoms have improved significantly by the manual therapy. The treatments have always started on time, which I, as I had to carry them in my lunch break, appreciated well. They were in spite of the tight schedule, the a practice has always performed for the full time and even now and then beyond. I highly recommend it.

Super bad experience: my family doctor gave me 6 appointments for massages with a duration of 15 minutes. The appointments at Petra Klein took an average of 11 minutes and no improvement at all. One time I was 5 minutes late and of course the massage time was reduced by 5 minutes, but another time I was called 10 minutes late and the massage didn't last longer than 11 minutes anyway. Although I said that and despite my request to massage vigorously, I did not get any of it. I would definitely not recommend this practice!
