Good professionals, friendly and competent. Appointments were still possible at short notice. I felt in good hands.

The therapists are very competent, but the appointment management is not. The therapist changed twice during 11 treatments. I canceled the 12th application myself because there was another problem. The telephone availability is mediocre.

I'm doing rehab there. Am satisfied. The briefing was well explained and tailored to the treatment. Changes and requests are dealt with. However, some on-site therapists are not there. Either they train themselves and block devices, they do not send a reminder if someone stays on a device for far too long (e.g. because they are chatting and blocking the device for over half an hour) or they are not using it properly or not disinfecting it (now during corona times) . The devices are ok so far. Not all the newest, but intact. The staff is nice in the basement, but not at the reception. The only drawback: it could be cleaner in the fitness room. There is dirt behind the devices, the heating and in the corners, which after 6 months, during which I have already been there, has not yet evaporated.

Attention, I was at this center to make appointments for my treatments. The receptionist was not friendly & asked me to sign the transfer slip 6 times. Of course I refused. I find that inadmissible! How can I sign all future treatments on my first day ?! Nevertheless, the receptionist insisted that I have to sign 6 times, otherwise I won't get any treatment. I refused that again. Even though I did not get any treatment in this center, the receptionist wanted to keep my referral slip. She was annoyed because I didn't give her the certificate. It is a shame that such people only think of the money & not their patients who are in pain. I recommend all customers to take care. This center does not deserve a star.
