It is more suitable for enterprise users, the preferential settlement channel, and the goods are relatively complete. You can buy some delicious fish and seafood in the seafood area than other supermarkets. There are always some new ideas in the tableware area, which is quite interesting. The drinks are very complete and red wine lovers can enjoy. My hometown also has Metro, but I heard that the Chinese business has been sold. Metro logistics office provides many services to business users, and hope this local German retailer can do more powerfully.

Called Metro's customer service today. I've never seen anything so incompetent. I just wanted to know if there was a certain article ...... then I was told that I could not be helped because the articles were not listed in the computer ??????????? Like now, an entrepreneur who doesn't keep a book about his own articles ????????? But it got even better, the call center specialist actually asked me for the item number 😳 Then I gave him to understand that if I had this, I would also know that the metro carries this item and I don't have to call ... .. Folks, you have a lot of catching up to do in terms of training for your employees ....... good service looks different. Fortunately, there are still wholesalers who know their stock and value customers.

Never buy a coffee machine. You just make yourselves unhappy here. The service is really bad if you have problems with the machine. The machine was a month old and already broken ????? What is that please !!!! The machine has been in the repair process for almost 5 weeks and no goodwill is coming to me with nothing, just very cheeky with the statement yes, how long it will take, you have to wait .... yes 2 or 3 weeks but not 5 weeks . And that as a business. At Saturn, my old one needed a maximum of 2 weeks when something was on and always. I would have preferred to buy one there and if necessary even for 1000 euros you know that the service is at least right. Never again like that and now off to Saturn.
