Food space below is quite elegant, but some really alternative product is missing.

I have been a Perfetto customer for over 20 years. I used to appreciate the wide range, which after the renovation is just a small, overpriced supermarket. The staff has never been particularly friendly and qualified. Today was the last time I bought my fish there. 2 saleswomen were busy at the sausage stand (2 customers), no service at the fish counter, supermarket as good as empty. After 10 minutes I asked for a waitress. I got the following puffy, loud reply: We are only 2 saleswomen here at the counter, then they have to be patient! And bye Karstadt, hopefully the outrageous staff will be taken over somewhere from the end of October. In the future I will go shopping at the competition on Berliner Allee, everything will work out better there.

Good selection of spirits of all colouers, unsuitable for the rest of the shopping because of the very small assortment. Super unfriendly staff at the cheese service counter.
