The arrogance and vanity of the lady, she is awesome. You are only dismissed on the phone, probably disturbed over coffee. overly unfriendly. exaggerated indifferent attitude. Only a form would have to be emailed, a work of 2 minutes and you will be rejected with an arrogant and unfriendly voice. The head office is super nice and friendly.

Does it take too long to process the tax return Z. And what makes me most puzzled is that the transfer hangs behind and is not transferred at the same time as the notification. Do you drink less coffee and do your work or is the cafeteria so tasty and cheap? Do something for your money.

A disaster. Unfriendly rip-offs foreigners unfriendly. I think people are not aware that they are living off the taxpayers and who is dependent on whom. Medieval approach.

I have to say that the tax office Mülheim is the only office / authority that works reliably and quickly. Employees always tried hard and friendly. I can not report negative things
