Just genius. Super nice and helpful.

An exceptionally good service these days! The nice, friendly staff knows exactly what customer service means. Mr. Yaman (hopefully I spell the name correctly) was very helpful and ready to go. He handled my multiple car request to meet my need for rental cars for a longer period of time and made a successful effort to get suitable cars for me, although I am very picky about cars.

Very friendly and uncomplicated, good car! Gladly again!

Actually, everything was OK, except for: one should photograph the state of the tank needle at handover (did not stand at 100%). With delivery of the vehicle full tank (needle again exactly in the same place), was calculated with 33 euro. Despite a complaint, the amount was debited. A nice, small additional income for Europcar ... for me to no longer rent the apprenticeship there or to plan in mind already a small extra amount.

Friendly staff. I am a frequent customer there.
