I don't recommend it at all! Never again! Dirty car, no washer fluid available, friendly is different! The lease was not explained, simply presented for signature and the conversation ended. At home there were questions about the deductible which was actually not agreed. If the hotline employees had been trained, this could have been clarified very quickly and easily. (The branch itself was unfortunately already closed otherwise we would have asked for it there) Unfortunately, we then broke down in our car. There was also no friendliness in the accident hotline. There it was recommended to call the station. There we were asked on the phone first if we had understood about the deductible and whether it had now arrived ... Very cheeky choice of words .. Then we had to call the accident hotline again and were in the waiting loop for a whopping 25 minutes .. So it all went completely wrong!

I advise you all not to rent here. Stay away everyone. Appointments are not kept. Handover and takeover protocols are not carried out properly. Get the truck quarter empty, of course also returned quarter empty. It is said that they did not fill up. Despite receipts and photos. The best thing is, 4 € will be charged per 1 liter of diesel. So stay away!
