Competent, friendly and always there for the customer. I've known Auto Steffen for decades. Both from Mr. Steffen sen. as well as Mr. Steffen jun. including the employees, you are well looked after as a customer, everything is done perfectly. Here are all people at work who know something about their craft and who can be entrusted with your car. Where else do you have that nowadays, a workshop that is also there for its customers beyond the "normal"? For me the best car workshop in Mülheim. 👍
Nice little brand workshop, much better (friendlier, faster) and more competent than the branch of the big chain, which is based in the north of MH. Also centrally located and easier to reach.
