I feel ripped off. The fitter was on site for 1.5 hours, the journey to the company max. 5 min. € 220 net was charged. In addition, a device was sold overpriced. The price was not reduced even after multiple requests. My old device was taken against my will and I should also pay for the disposal. The only good thing was the mechanic, he was friendly! Nevertheless, I will not commission this company again.
