It was just perfect! I can't list everything here, but from the establishment of contact, the on-site inspection and the offer to the super-professional, short-term and quick implementation, the replacement of our heating system by the Stolz company was simply a pleasure for us. Of course, every renovation project has its own individual requirements. What was particularly noticeable during our heating renovation was the attention to detail. The "simple" fastest solution was never looked for, but rather the best solution. It's a shame that we have to wait 20 years until we can experience something like that again :-). But maybe a new bathroom is due beforehand - only with Stolz, of course.

Arranged an appointment for an on-site visit with Ms. Stolz. Mr. Stolz came for a personal visit to make an offer. At the Tag the info by phone that collaboration is currently not possible. Dear Mr. Stolz, Dear Mrs. Stolz, A tip for you: Hopefully you know your order book and what you and your employees can do professionally. Please save yourself and future prospects the time for a first on-site visit and please clarify details in advance by telephone. You stole at least 1 hour and probably even more time. This is not customer service or dealing. In my opinion, this is not professional. See my review as an opportunity to improve your performance on that point.
