Very large selection of excellent wines, good and nice advice.
Good and friendly advice and fair prices. I prefer to buy directly from the winemaker, but that can often not be realized - Jacques has become a good alternative for me in recent years, especially because I would like to try new wines first, which is a bit difficult in pure online trading, of course is ..
There are always special promotions and offers for loyalty card holders .. the usual repertoire for customer loyalty, but for me it fits in any case.
Sometimes you have to spend some time waiting for customers to ask for a special or thorough consultation, but the staff always has an ear for a quick interim question.
A star deduction, because one has replaced me after 10 years as a regular customer and so far without complaints a Korkschmecker not out of goodwill (I had the bottle no more, because I did not want to transport the opened bottle from vacation home .. otherwise that would be all certainly not an issue ..).
