We have excluded ourselves. On the phone we were told that someone would be there in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes we received a call that it would take another 20 minutes. That turned out to be 40 again. When someone was there he tried to get the door open, but unfortunately couldn't. Then he tried to scrape out the seal and scratched the door with a screwdriver. When that was also unsuccessful, we were told that a colleague with special tools would be there in a few minutes. When no one came after 40 minutes, I called again and was told that the colleague was looking for tools and would be there soon. After another 30 minutes I called again and was told that no one had been dispatched yet. Then I canceled the job with the company and called another locksmith and they opened the apartment for us in 5 minutes without special tools.
