After being supplied 2 months ago, I had questions about the delivery time (possibly key) and the specified additives for a new delivery. These did not fit the legend of possible additives. My request was not understood in content and I was brusquely asked to look for another ande service. My request to eliminate the topic by phone was also rejected. The reason that I am not in the delivery area. My place of residence is 1.7 km away. My impression is, every question is too much. There is an understanding of customer service from the 70's.
