The staff who answer the phone is not understandable. Competence unfortunately not available! Today on June 23 at 6:30 p.m. my validated parking ticket was not recognized by the machine (barrier). The person who was not to be barely understood. Sent me back to the gym. I couldn't be helped here, as the person said. After that, no one went to the intercom at Park one, nor did anyone open the door at park one. The end of the song is, I was allowed to buy a new ticket for 15 euros. The worst parking garage I know. The driveways are very tight for large cars. But the icing on the cake is the exit from the upper parking garage.
