I have booked at the PIA a barbecue area on the Ruhr beach for a group of 20 people. After making the reservation for Wednesday the following week on a Friday at 17h (it was the end of the season and therefore a short term booking was not a risk), I was extremely pleasantly surprised to receive a personally generated booking confirmation on Saturday have. Queries were also answered within hours by email. The on-site support was also good. The five stars are especially for the super fast and uncomplicated communication. Also the possibility to pick up and bring back the key at the bike station, which has extremely good opening hours, is great. Gladly again.
