Making an appointment was really difficult: Call every Monday for 6 weeks ??? Then finally: the conversation was really difficult: the employee lets his knowledge out and treats anyone who doesn't know the technical terms like a small child. There is no copy of the order. At the end I find out why: two rope pulls (circuit), 2 tires (flat-less) 210 € !!! I reduced the order immediately. Then a note on road safety: the chain is worn out and needs to be replaced. THE BIKE HAS A STRAIGHT 300 KM! Conclusion: technically maybe ok, that remains to be seen. But definitely not trustworthy in any way, rip off and moon prices !!! J. from Dümpten Addendum: When picking up, Mr. V. refuses any conversation and refers to the signed order. He claims to have named all costs in advance; what is wrong, there is a witness for it. When I ask him for a copy of the order I signed (which I did not receive when it was placed), he becomes insulting and claims that there were additional agreements to this order that he tries to quote verbatim. It almost goes without saying that there is no legally relevant information on the invoice ;-)

Friendly staff. I was there with the stroller because there was no more air in the wheels. The problem was fixed immediately and a suspension on the car was also repaired. I can only recommend!

The repair was 1 AwoWhere earlier and wanted to know what the problem is with my bike. After a minute the error was fixed 👌The price is great and you can not complain to the staff, very nice and hospitable. I can only recommend
