A small, owner-managed, cozy sauna world. 6 saunas, cold plunge pools, outdoor and indoor pool and a small outdoor area. No longer the latest equipment, but a good value for the price.

Especially for non-residents this sauna is not recommended. Because the routing in MH is a disaster. But the sauna operator can do nothing. The parking situation is also an impertinence. The parking spaces at the house are reserved for the guests of the next door hotel. So you should be patient for finding a parking space and be good on foot. The sauna is average, is just getting old and is used by my impression mainly of regulars. On Friday only up to 18 o'clock infusions are carried out, although until 22:30 h is open (Hello? Weekend - only as a keyword ...). The gastronomy is also not recommended. One already has the impression that regulars are treated preferentially. I was the first of five guests, but those who came after me got food and drinks in front of me. The other guests got their drink brought to the table, I had to pick it up at the counter. So I got my last meal, after waiting for 30 minutes for a normal Currywurst with fries. I've also been waiting 45 minutes for a hamburger here. Ergo: If you have a coupon book, you should rather go for longer routes and look forward to a nice ambience before you get annoyed.

I paid admission at 6 p.m. and asked when the infusions took place. Answer every hour! The last infusion was at 7 p.m. and then a bucket is placed to make the infusion for yourself. Sauna probably doesn't close until 10:30 p.m. When I went out I said kindly and constructively that you have to point this out to the guest and the answer: that's the way it is with us. The pool in the basement stinks, prices in the restaurant for e.g. To take 2 half cheese rolls € 4.50 is cheeky. Luckily I had the voucher book and therefore 50% discount but all in all you will never see me again !!!

Actually, a sauna that has everything to offer, what you need - sunbathing lawn with shady plants, outdoor pool, small, manageable and familiar. Exactly in the aspect of the familial lies however also the problem. We were there on a day (on a Friday), joined to us and a few other single guests a group that saw itself as a regular clientele and therefore was the opinion of being above all the usual sauna rules. When I hear the story of the lost wedding ring vociferously and epic at the third infusion in a row for the third time, it is unfortunately far from being switched off and relaxing. The infusions are egocentric and ruthlessly trampled through. Here, the operator, even in the person of the sauna master, asked to influence. Unfortunately, nothing happened. Finally, another sauna guest asked if the noise level could not be somewhat limited, but this only led to being so inappropriately excited about why we would end up in the sauna on a day when the regular clientele finally did for years would come ...! So, in my opinion, there are only two options here: either as an operator, I make sure that all customers can spend a nice day there, which would go hand in hand with the needs of all involved, or I offer my regular customers a certain day of the week exclusively for them to open, so they can continue to romp and undisturbed there. Because as long as none of these two points occurs, I can not really recommend the sauna.

Pleasant ambience. I like the garden and the Ruhr areas. Only to complain about the value for money. For what the facility has to offer, it's just too expensive. In addition, the block sauna was on display.
