I am usually not the one who rates everything on the Internet, but now I have to give my own opinion on the therapy team. I've been in treatment twice a week for about 8 years and haven't even heard an unfriendly word at the registration or from a therapist during that time. I am being treated by Ms. Bröss and Mr. Bröss and have already been to various colleagues to represent me. So I can make up my mind about it. So addressed to the therapy team: I have felt very well looked after for years and you will all stay as you are 😊

Unfriendly!!! With update after answer! Since Mr. Bröss is no longer the boss and he officially goes into well-deserved retirement from next year, there has been a very unfriendly behavior in the practice towards patients and a very unfriendly tone! In this way, all the best for you, Mr. Bröss, as I have had my prescription returned to me today due to the repeated situation. I will not be treated like that! Too bad for the practice you have set up. Thank you for your great therapy! Now in times of Corona, the ladies are even worse! Since I am a risk patient, I am required to wear gloves even though my hands have been washed. These have now been objected to again and asked that I take them off, despite my multiple explanations for the reason. According to my observations, neither the door handles nor the couches in the practice are cleaned or disinfected after use. The ladies did not wear masks when they last visited in August. Here it is expected that the patient will protect these women, but the women will not protect the patient. After washing my hands, I had put on the gloves, new and clean. The only thing I touched with it was that disgusting, uncleaned door handle of the toilet. I can definitely no longer recommend this practice and my experience with other therapists has shown that their applications are of no use. Do it well, Mr. Bröss :-) and thank you for everything! Furthermore, I'm not the only one to complain about your unfriendly staff! I come from the health sector myself and I am more than familiar with hygiene regulations! Very rude to the patients, I had to hear that their son can remember this when a new prescription is needed. The lady at the information desk very rude. Never again and I don't recommend it to anyone!
