We have had the company Osterkamp make a new terrace roofing. The smooth handling and punctuality was exemplary. Also the ideas that Mr. Osterkamp brought in were class, we would not have thought it at all. Nice if someone understands his craft. We also recommended the company directly to friends.

Does not come for days and does not answer the phone Unfortunately we have to join the bad reviews. There seems to be clients he cares about very well, that's great for them. But if you catch a period in which he has obviously taken on too many jobs, you literally hear nothing from him. We had the roof removed from this company. It was agreed to start in November and finish at the beginning of the year. On 8 January, the already postponed start of construction, no one came. We called, no one answered. The style then continued. Every morning it was not clear if any of the craftsmen appeared, even though it had been arranged. And that went on for weeks. We began to admonish, then it went reasonably forward. Completion was then in June. The work was done well, but communication and management are very tedious and unpleasant. Anyone who has to take annual leave for this company, looks better from a commission, because then the holiday is gone and the work is not done.

Our roof renovation with the Osterkamp company proceeded smoothly and quickly. The staff were clean and were always friendly and competent.
