As a property manager, I cannot recommend this company. The Geratsch company carried out a loggia seal in 2015. In the course of the modernization work carried out on the entire property, it was found 5 years and 2 months after the work that the loggia including the built-in thermal insulation is completely under water. Mr. Geratsch was asked to take a look at the defect during an on-site visit. This appointment did not come about because he does not see himself under the obligation (not even within the scope of possible goodwill) to speak sensibly about the matter. It is not possible to have a factual conversation with Mr. Geratsch. Instead of approaching the matter in a solution-oriented manner, I was threatened personally by Mr. Geratsch: "I don't know who I was messing with" and "He would come to the construction site in a moment ...". Conclusion: the greatest caution is required here.
