In autumn 2017, Mr. Erwin Willemsen carried out a repair on my flat roof. Less than 2 years later, the roof began to dent again. In response to my complaint, Mr. Willemsen promised to make improvements, but has not yet carried out this. He once excused his absence from the promised appointment with the fact that he had fallen off the roof. Another time he stated that he had sprained his leg. In the meantime, Mr. Willemsen no longer takes my phone calls when I call him with a number he knows. I then have to call from phones with an unknown number to get in touch with him. Conclusion: bad work, poor contactability, so far no complaint processing.
