My experience with AUTOMOBILE MAIER was just great, the communication with team there was amazing, very professional and flexible, even with the payment, my bank transfer took some time but still they were very understanding, Edward took a very good care of me, good english communication , he went through every details, answered every inquiries of mine, i will for sure be back, cheers

I bought a smart fortwo at your car dealership. I must mention that I was not able to see the car, but all the details of the vehicle were transferred to me by the employees. All praise to all, but especially to Mr. Philipp Prokopenko who communicated with me, very professionally.

In General: So far this is the worst buying experience in Germany. They will try to hide drawbacks from you and smile to you only before you give them money. Don`t believe them if you hear " the car is in the perfect state". It is better to Check 3 times after these words. If you have any critical troubles afterwards and it does not affect the purchase -- your problem. They don`t check technical state of their cars. Full story: Bought infinit Q30 2016 with 30 000 mileage(almost a new car) Problems: 1) Zulassungstelle refused twice to register the car because in the system it was marked that is has problems with the seatbelts. Seller didn`t inform me about this problem. 2) Seller Lied that infiniti doesn`t provide any servicebooks(though I have asked him three times ) for the car, however ,When I came to official infinti service -- they told that it is not true and guarantee is not valid without this book. Afterwards seller accepted this, however I haven`t still received Service book from him. 3) Car had service checks overdue. When I have figured this out, Seller told me that it is not their responsibility 4) Seller lied that the car was not painted. After the detailed check, it was confirmed that the whole bumper was repainted. When I informed about this fact, seller said that he "forgot" about this and confirmed that there were significant scratches on the bumper. 5) driver`s door Frame is slightly bent I have discovered it later, when I have noticed that the door cannot be opened always properly. And of course, seller said they didn`t know about this and it is not their fault. 6) on speed of 130 - 140 kms was experiencing vibrations. Fixed on my own Sellers: 1) David has never answered a single email. He afforded himself to yell (not kidding or exaggerating ) on the phone when I was asking to send me the service book 2) Don`t trust Andreas Maier, though he seems trustworthy and friendly. 80% what he told me was not true Of course it is my fault that I assumed that people in Germany don`t lie in such a dumm way about things, which can be easily disclosed(never had any troubles so far.)and I had to be more attentive. Whoever read this till the end: be very careful if you decide to buy a car from this dealer. Tripple check everything.
