Very good service and very friendly

BE CAREFUL before this dealer !!! If I could I would give 0 stars! I was interested in a used vehicle from the dealer and contacted the phone beforehand to find out more about the vehicle, as I would have had to travel several hours. Reaching the gentlemen by phone turned out to be extremely difficult, since at about 8 !! Attempts to call either no one answered or a young boy answered the cell phone and asked me where I got his number from. After later telephone inquiries as to whether the vehicle was an accident vehicle, I was expressly denied this. The car would only have suffered minor damage to the sheet metal, but this was rectified directly by the manufacturer. When I got there, however, nobody was able to show me documents that documented the removal of the damage. Suddenly it was said that the damage had been repaired by the boss himself and therefore no documents were available. However, the driving behavior of the vehicle was convincing, which is why I asked for a day's thinking time. Fortunately, on the way home, I was able to contact the previous owner, who suddenly informed me that the car was a total economic loss. The vehicle would have had a damaged axle, a warped frame and open airbags because someone had driven it in the back at "high speed". I was more than shocked by this statement, as we explicitly asked the dealer several times on site whether the car had damaged the axle or the frame (this was all denied). Please do yourself the favor and look for another dealer. Here is a clear attempt to defraud, in which an attempt was made to disguise a massive accident history.

I had an economic total loss repaired by the dealer for only 1/3 of the cost proposal. Have been driving the repaired car for 3 years and everything is okay!
