The quality of the car wash was okay. However, at the entrance one could pay with a visa in capital letters. We wanted that and then the cashier said that it was only cash and that we could not read, that was in front. We didn't see it, but even if it's there somewhere, it's cheeky to block the customer like that.
Visited with various cars more or less regularly since opening. So far there has been no reason for complaint. I can't say anything negative about the staff either.
I am or have always been a regular. The washing result is solala and depends on the mood of the employee - but it was always enough for me. Unfortunately I was sent away because my car is too dirty. I should first drive to another car wash and wash my car and then come back.
I did. Then I drove to ADAC Hess and they just laughed their heads off at the dirt, teased my car and then went through their car wash.
Sorry sparkling clean, I'll be gone then. Oh well, I prefer to let the paid laundry lapse now ...
