The negative statement about this company is in no way understandable. Mr. Hafner has a great deal of expertise in the field of automation. Not only in terms of control technology, he also understands the cooperation between the mechanics and the electrics. His team is also very well trained. Questions, be they technical problems or spare parts, are always answered quickly, professionally and, above all, in a useful way. Once, Mr. Hafner personally drove the spare parts 500km through Germany to the construction site because a supplier missed the delivery date. That increases the quality and professionalism; it shows that there are still entrepreneurs who are not only looking for profit, but are also interested in the success of the customer and do everything for it!

I cannot follow Mr. Belafkih's criticism. For some time now I have been working with Mr. Hafner and we are working on various projects. The communication between us has always been polite and respectful. Mr. Hafner works professionally, is reliable and enriches me with his excellent knowledge of control technology. By the way: I have never noticed the very good specialist staff of Mr. Hafner in a negative way. So I can only say positive things about Hilex GmbH
