As a long-standing customer, I have to distance myself from the store. Simply disappointed .. This would not have existed in our tranquil Bebra before.

Incredibly unfriendly owner with two faces. The sales face is overly friendly, the purchase is complete, no further friendliness or goodwill from the owner can be expected. With the purchase one is promised the blue of the sky, bought about four years ago two sewing machines worth 1600 euros, with the promise of free maintenance. Today I brought the machine over and suddenly the maintenance should cost me over 40 euros! Impudence. My recommendation: Better support shops with honest owners
