A really bad service. If you have any problems, you will simply be let down. When booking, they are just super fast, but they don't come to help with problems. I will never book a trip here again. Completely incompetent team! During an AIDA trip, I asked about SERVICES INCLUDED ... I WILL GET AN ANSWER! ... "A WEEK ON THE SHIP AND A BOTTLE OF WATER EVERY DAY" WHAT IS THE PLEASE? I asked the lady if she is new here, but no! Well then!
