If you need stuff for your car .... this is definitely the place to visit. Staff is friendly and really try to help you.

I was there myself for a classic check. Everything was great, of course, but I don't know anything else about the A.T.U. While my car was checked in, I was allowed to relax and enjoy the weather with a coffee and that was where I was inspired to speak up instead of just giving stars. I was able to see how people looked personally (on the car) for the best solution, as the seller not only had a product on the checkout belt, but rather an open ear. He didn't just sell something, he took the time to personally check whether he really offered the right one. Great service!

I don't even know where to start, one star is still too many ... The repairs commissioned (TÜV list of defects) were not carried out properly (just one example of many, the rusted sheet metal casing from the exhaust should be removed, which was not done) so that the TÜV had to write a list of defects again. During the test drive by an employee from the workshop (ATU), my tire and the rim were broken, and a tie rod was replaced. Since the swap, the car has been pulling to the right and the steering wheel is at half past eight. The bill said that a wheel alignment was carried out. Then I asked the branch manager where is the measurement log from the measurement? He replied that he didn't even know that there was such a thing. A branch manager who has no idea what he's doing there. Not to mention the workshop employee. Invoice items were calculated from work that was not carried out. A protection letter insurance was simply listed, of course for a fee, without asking whether this is even needed. The list is long ... I could write a lot more, but I don't want to waste any more life on this branch than I already have. I NEVER recommend this workshop and I will never visit an ATU branch again in my life.
