Very bad. The car was reserved for me on the holiday and then sold before. No excuse, nothing. Just an email that I can look at a new car. Although I wanted to buy a used one with cash. Very sad that there are hardly any serious dealers left. On my email why the car was sold even though it was reserved for me, there was no excuse.

I was and am very satisfied with the service of EU Neuwagen Darmstadt. Mr. Nasaruk was very competent and gave me great advice. My dream car, the Kia Rio, was delivered very quickly and the price was very good. My old Chevrolet I was able to give in payment and the entire process was great.
