We bought an Opel Zafira for the first time in 2017 and even then Mr. König gave the best technical advice on the configuration and supported the purchase process. Every question was answered competently and quickly.
Based on our positive experience, we bought another new car, this time a Skoda Kodiaq. This purchase was also easy and uncomplicated.
The pick-up and delivery of the vehicle went smoothly. Mr. Tönes took enough time to explain the technical components of the vehicle to us in detail and calmly so that we could familiarize ourselves with the extensive technology. In addition, a big thank you to Mr. Ebert.
If you get someone on the phone, they are all very nice. However, I have been for three (3) !!! Weeks can not reach my contact person. Even a recall did not occur, although I had requested several times. Therefore only 2 stars
Unfortunately I bought my new car from another dealer. The staff of the car center Matthes uncomplicated and quickly helped me with the problems that arose there - thanks again. I'll buy the next car right here!
I finally picked up my new Ford Focus EU new car 2 weeks ago. One had apologized for the bad communication with me and with the pickup which went without long waiting I received a compensation. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. I am happy about my new car.
