We bought a vehicle for the first time in this dealership. The vehicle corresponded to the description from the Internet. The contact was very friendly and professional, both by phone, email and in person. The advice regarding the model was absolutely fair and all questions could be answered to our satisfaction. We would buy a car here again or recommend the dealership to others.

The internet works great and those responsible are very kind and helpful with all questions. We had good experiences with the first 3 cars and also bought the 4th from Mr. Frauenknecht. Very nice and helpful person.

We bought a car from Auto Becker. We found it on the Internet. The offer and the selection on site were very good. Mr. Frauenknecht was always available, the discussions were transparent, he took a lot of time to explain the technology and discussed and recommended things like factory warranty extensions or insurance, but he was absolutely unobtrusive. We felt we were in very good hands and have a good feeling that we bought a good car from a top dealer. Even if the next one (hopefully!) Is still a little out of place: We would buy it again from Auto Becker in a heartbeat!
