I recently bought a car from you for my son. Great and attentive service, the seller dedicated himself to all my needs and was able to find the perfect vehicle accordingly. Price was great, and a new MOT was made. If I should get the chance to buy a new car, you are my contact. CONCLUSION: I can absolutely recommend it to everyone!
The customer service and organization is very bad. I wanted to have parking assistance installed in my car later. We had agreed that I would bring my car there on Wednesdays and collect it on Mondays. As agreed, I traveled over 60km (!) Only to find out that the car is not ready yet. You could easily have called me in advance to say that it is not ready yet! On site they wanted to get rid of me with the words, "We'll call you when the car is ready"! So I would have needed someone to pick me up and bring me back again. I absolutely didn't see that. So I had to call I had to wait over 3 1/2 hours on my day off until the parking aid was finally installed. None of the employees apologized to me! It was an absolute cheek.
I needed a workshop appointment for a repair on my car and I did that very easily from you via your website. When I got there, I was given a very warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and repairs were quick. The price was reasonable too. Service and price / performance ratio top.

Mr. Merz and his workshop foreman are always with great personal commitment to provide precise work and service for customers. The team works well and on time, and the Merz company is an important training company for automotive mechatronics engineers who can certainly learn a lot there.
