We are happy and satisfied with our used car. The price was fair and we were able to trade in our old car at a fair price. Papers were sent immediately after payment. When we picked it up, we noticed small discrepancies that we hadn't noticed before. The dealer fixed this immediately (on the same day) at his own expense and went to great lengths to achieve this. Now everything is fine :-)
Thanks to Chrom Automobile. The damage to our used car was quickly repaired. Car was even picked up !!! Everything on goodwill. No problems whatsoever when buying the car either.
The seller gave false information about the vehicle on the phone. The reversing camera was defective, there was no sunroof, the vehicle had several undisclosed dents and rust, which was also concealed. Even though I told the seller that I had to drive a distance of 200 km to inspect the vehicle. Rarely seen something dubious. So absolutely not to be recommended!
