TOP price / performance. And trustworthy. After I turned my back on my 10-year-old A3 convertible from the Audi authorized workshop because of outrageous pricing, I (TÜV) needed new windows and blocks at the front. The caliper was also tight. As soon as I was accepted, I was told that there might also be a problem with the brake caliper. But: the brakes were renewed, the brake calipers made smooth. TÜV inspection problem-free. As a non-specialist, could have sold me a new brake caliper. But they don't. That is the trust a customer wants in his workshop. We only do what is necessary ... We'll meet Again!

The efficiency of a company often only shows when something does not go as planned. When the window regulator was renewed, a small sheet metal damage was caused by the mechanic. That was not "swept under the table" or withheld, but communicated to me quite openly. The damage was repaired professionally and at short notice by the summoned specialist (dent doctor). The place on the vehicle now looks better than before! :-) This is how I imagine customer orientation and service. Thanks again to Mr. Akbaba and his team! I am always happy to use your service.
