The front window was replaced just 2 days later. Everything was done early and in the afternoon. The employee was friendly and nice, he gave everything so that my car could be repaired before Christmas. That is customer service. Thank you again.

An offer for a windshield replacement was quickly made. Carglass takes care of billing with the insurance company. After we had decided on the offer after two weeks, a call followed in Hof about the appointment. After a very long ring, you end up in a control center. Before you can get to an employee, questions have to be answered. It's frustrating! At first, my offer could no longer be found there. After that you couldn't edit it and had to wait for a call back. When the call came, I had to answer questions again, which detracted from the good impression. In contrast, the contact in the Hof branch was great and the work carried out was excellent.
