It was my first time here for a wheel change with tire fitting. The work was carried out quickly, professionally and at fair prices. After a detailed inspection, I was advised against doing unnecessary work - that's how you would like it. The nice conversations with Mr. Wagenführer and his employees showed me that there are real car enthusiasts at work who work with precision and attention to detail. I had my bikes stored right away and will be back in the future.

I broke down on the autobahn. The ADAC dragged me there. My exhaust was on. This was not in the warehouse, so there was no waiting for a delivery, but it was fetched. It took just 2 hours from the breakdown to payment. I am very satisfied Thanks to the team

I was happy and relieved that a workshop was able to help me so quickly because my car stopped on the autobahn. But then a nightmare started for me. At first they couldn't find my keys, even though I still had important things from my employer in my car. They say I never got in touch. They wanted to contact me as soon as they found my key. In addition, I was offered to help me sell my broken-down car because I wasn't familiar with anything. Then the rude awakening: You hand me an invoice and say 4 working days later that the transfer must be in your account within 1 week. WOW! 1. You make empty promises. 2. Very disorganized! Even after the second time I left my contact details, they lose my things and then it's my fault! 3. Not recommended, unless you regulate everything in writing beforehand. 4. If they had told me from the start that they would not help me, my car would have ended up at the scrap dealer I trust on the first day.
