Update: November 30th, 2020, concerns the new rental station at the train station in Erding. BUT explicitly NOT the employees there who are very friendly and committed. Unfortunately, the systems often do not work and have to be started up several times. Printers do not work. We don't get the vans we request. Last week we were greeted on Thursday / Friday. the van for Saturday canceled because the vehicle / key cannot be found. A few weeks ago we had the game with a key. Vehicles that have already been guaranteed will be deducted for Deutsche Post and we will have to look for alternatives. Also happened twice. The current situation causes us - like renting as a company - high additional effort and costs. I am currently very dissatisfied with the AVIS company, as I said not with the staff at the rental station. old rental station Prices are cheaper than a few streets away from the competition. But above all the service is light years better.

I rented a car for 16 days. After 2 days of use I called and increased to 18 days without problems. The car was given a new one, only 1600 km. mileage. The owner of the rental is very decent, friendly and kind person, a native Bavarian. Registration, contract, car inspection, everything went at the best level! If next time I go to Europe through Munich, I rent only at this box office. I recommend to everyone.
