Unfortunately, one cannot recommend Mr. Kramer at all. He always asks for a down payment, but does not do the work at all or only with a very long delay. This hinders the entire construction progress. All craftsmen have to wait for him. For this purpose, costs are put in invoices that were not actually executed. So stay away from this craftsman! Addendum: Here too, Mr. Kramer is now again rated 5 stars. Sad to see how deep a person can sink. You could think that Mr. Kramer is trying to manipulate reviews in order to present himself better than he is. Very weak!

No more! Unfortunately we fell for Mr. Kramer. During the construction project, Mr. Kramer was suddenly insolvent or no longer findable and other electricians had to finish his job for expensive money. That was partly no longer possible, since he had half of the tubes in the shell (should be laid in the screed) simply had not made, too small pipes were used etc. The transformers under the spots were so poorly wired that the following electricians meant that it could easily have come to a smoldering fire. For us a disaster that is not finished yet!
