Excellent advice on the phone. Excellent service, a mattress was exchanged after 14 days because I couldn't handle the mattress, great, no problems. Everything fit perfectly. Recommended at any time. I would hire the qualified, competent employee immediately. Thank you very much.

Now, after a long time, I would also like to give a rating. 2 1/2 years ago I ordered the cold foam mattress K 3 in the size 140 x 200 meters and the plate slatted frame after a very nice consultation. Unfortunately I have the problem that after 2 1/2 years I am lying in a "hammock". I have already reinforced the slatted frame with the balls offered, without success. Unfortunately I no longer have a restful sleep and I get up every morning with shoulder / cervical spine complaints and am already quite desperate. I doubt whether it is worth investing in retrofitting a cold foam board. I don't think this will eliminate the hammock effect and I am very disappointed. I have no choice but to separate from the mattress and slatted frame, because an exchange after a long time is obviously no longer possible. : O (I was hoping, after all the good reviews, to have found the right mattress and slatted frame for me.

The advice and the delivery worked perfectly, the advance payment is not a problem these days, ultimately you have a guarantee and this is an owner-managed solvent company. The change from the dissatisfied water bed to the Strohmeier mattress was perfect, finally sleeping deeply again without sweating, and falling asleep without an arm. So far I am full of praise and satisfaction.

(Almost) everything is TOP! Quality of the goods, advice, delivery! One star is missing because: only one payment option (prepayment always has a "little treat") and that the VAT reduction (3%) is not passed on to the customer. Order receipt with 19%. 3 days later the invoice with 16% but the same gross price! Cover (Super Soft) had a slight stain.
